Does BEME International sell products directly to consumers?

BEME International is a design and manufacturing company and does not sell products directly to consumers. BEME products must be purchased through our retail affiliates. BEME does, however, offer customers replacement parts for already purchased products.


I have a BEME International product that has been damaged. Can I get a replacement part for it?

In most cases, BEME International is able to assist consumers with finding replacement parts for products or can refer them to the original store of purchase for exchange. Please note that there are some circumstances when replacement parts are no longer available for certain discontinued products. Send us an email with the following information:

  1. Original Retail Store of Purchase
  2. Finish or Color
  3. UPC Code (12 digit code located beneath the bar code - begins 680656xxxxxx)
  4. Part Required
  5. Contact Information

With this information we can determine which part you need and if it is available.


I want to purchase extra brackets for my drapery set. How can I do this?

Visit our Bracket Orders link located on the left-hand side of our web page. If the bracket you require is not shown, send us an email with the following information:

  1. Original Retail Store of Purchase
  2. Finish or Color
  3. UPC Code (12 digit code located beneath the bar code - begins 680656xxxxxx)
  4. Quantity Required
  5. Contact Information

With this information we can determine which part you need and if it is available.


I purchased brackets from your web site, but they have not arrived yet. When will I receive them?

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. BEME International ships all products via UPS Ground from California. Depending upon the state the products are being shipped to, UPS can take from 2 to 10 days for delivery. We have noticed that most orders reach our customers within 5 days of shipping.


Do I have to purchase parts and brackets through your web site? Can I call you and place the order directly with you over the telephone?

For the safety of all parties involved, BEME International does not allow its employees to take any payment information via telephone, nor do we accept checks or cash through the mail. All orders must be placed and paid for through our secure online server.


Is there a BEME International showroom or store that I can visit?

At this time, BEME International products can only be viewed at our retail partners locations. We do not have a showroom where consumers can view only our products.


I am a designer, wholesaler, or small retail store. Do you have a catalog and wholesale price list you can send me?

At this time, BEME International does not sell to consumers, wholesalers, designers, or small retail establishments. Additionally, we do not have a catalog or wholesale pricing. Our products are currently only supplied to major retail chains.


How do I get in touch with you?

To contact BEME International, please send an email to hi@beme.net. We promptly respond to all emails. If you send us an email, make sure to include your contact information, and add us to your "safe" email list so that our response is not sent to your Junk Mail folder or blocked as an unknown user. Make sure to include your telephone number, as some cases may require us to contact you via telephone.
