What is your return and exchange policy?

Please refer to your retail store return and exchange policy. 

Can products be purchased directly through the website?

No, we do not sell to the public but are products are on all major ecommerce retailers. 

Where do I get support for erod?

Unfortunately, erod was discontinued in 2018 and there are no more parts available or warranty support for this product. 

What is the weight capacity for drapery rod sets?
Our drapery rod sets have been approved for up to 25 pounds of drapery. For heavier applications we recommend additional brackets (sold separately).
My rod is missing parts, what do I do?

Please contact your retailer to exchange for a new complete rod set. 

What is recommended to clean my product?
For best results, please use a soft cloth or sponge with soapy water to wipe parts and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive or acid-based cleaners as they may damage the finish.
Do you have a store or warehouse I can visit?
We do not have a store or warehouse for the public to visit. However, we do sell our drapery hardware and home décor products at several major retailers throughout the US, Mexico and Canada.
Can my drapery rod be ceiling mounted?
If the brackets included in your drapery rod set are closed-loop or nearly closed-loop, they can be safely mounted to the ceiling.
Can any of your drapery rods or other products be used outdoors?
Only products listed Indoor/Outdoor should be for outdoor use, these drapery rod sets have been tested for use in all weather conditions. Other rods may be used at your own discretion; however our warranty is void if used for other than the intended applications.
